Position Summary: The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will lead all aspects of SightMD’s revenue cycle operations. This strategic and hands-on leader will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal financial performance. The VP, RCM will drive operational excellence through process improvement, technology optimization, and strong leadership, fostering collaboration across clinical, administrative, and financial teams.
