Join to apply for the Coordinator – Pre-Employment Background Screening – REMOTE role at Ryder System, Inc.
The Coordinator will review and adjudicate candidate background reports including MVRs, criminal, employment, and education records to ensure compliance with Ryders policies and local, state, and federal regulations. The role will provide guidance on departmental services and support recruiting partners and the business. Monthly audits will be conducted to verify adherence to company policies. The position is remote, work-from-home.
Key responsibilities include reviewing background reports, providing guidance on compliance matters, supporting recruiting partners, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator will act as backup to the I?9 compliance coordinator and support the Compliance Team as needed.
