Our hiring process:

1. We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. 2. We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
3. At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
4. From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

We are looking for Quality Assurance specialists to ensure that the final product of the software development lifecycle meets the defined scope and overall expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack QA Collaboration: Working directly with Frontend and Backend developers to ensure quality delivery
• Web Application Testing: Comprehensive testing of WordPress sites, React/Next.js applications, and dashboards
• API & Backend Testing: Validating REST APIs, backend integrations, and server-side functionality
• AI Project Testing: Quality assurance for AI agent interfaces and machine learning applications
• Test Documentation: Creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and detailed bug reports
• Cross-Browser Testing: Using browser Dev Tools for debugging and validation
• Process Organization: Implementing and following SDLC testing methodologies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on web-application testing
• Strong knowledge of test types, SDLC stages, methods for organizing testing processes, and common test-design techniques
• Practical experience with browser Dev Tools
• Experience in writing test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists etc.)
• Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience validating RESTful APIs and backend services
• Estimating and delivering tasks across various project types
