The People Relations Partner is responsible for providing trusted guidance, inquiry, analysis, and resolution for a variety of HR matters. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in resolving confidential matters of varying complexity including performance and employee relations issues, conducting internal investigations, facilitating off?boarding activities and directing other complex HR processes. In partnership with the HR Business Partner team this role utilizes their HR expertise to provide coaching, recommendations, and trend analysis to proactively address workplace issues through interfacing with both employees and managers. This role promotes consistent best practices across the organization in fostering an inclusive work environment.
Pay Range: $82,925.00 – $110,525.00 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job?related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
