What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process payroll for approximately 2,900 employees across bi-weekly cycles
• Utilize UKG Pro software for payroll processing and reporting
• Manage payroll taxes, compliance, and employee inquiries
• Handle time and attendance data accurately
• Perform ad-hoc tax projects and other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications)

• UKG Pro experience is required
• Payroll tax experience is required
• Multi-state payroll experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle employee inquiries effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in processing payroll for a large number of employees
• Familiarity with BI portals for payroll reporting
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to payroll
• Previous experience in a fast-paced payroll environment
